Job Responsibilities:

  • Know and understand “Safety” and how it applies to your position as Foreman
  • Know and understand “Liability Management” and how it applies to your position as Foreman
  • Know and understand “Productivity” and how it applies to your position as Foreman
  • Know and understand the relationship between “Safety, Liability Management, Productivity” and how it produces “Quality”

Utilizing the above Stealth Demolition Service Matrix you will…

  • Utilize hand tools, rotary tools, and various equipment to remove small and large debris from structure
  • Safely disassemble  various structures for salvage and/or removal
  • Protect environment from damages
  • Utilize “Best Practices” and “Service Matrix” to invent new and faster ways to remove elements from their environment.
  • Continually learn of new tool and service applications
  • Learn and understand LEED protocol to properly sort materials for recycle
  • Provide formal and informal training to Haul-Out, Demo Laborer, and Lead positions
  • Provide supervision and direction to crew members
  • Be responsible for meeting financial and time allotment budgets
  • Primary jobsite party responsible to communicate pertinent job related information to Superintendent
  • Responsible to sign time-cards and communicate pertinent job related information to Stealth Demolition Office

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently build healthy customer relationships
  • Ability to foster a safe and productive training environment
  • Ability to communicate pertinent information in English to clients, employees and office personnel
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Knowledge of construction and demolition standard practices
  • Ability to pass all Stealth Demolition Tool Certification tests
  • Desire to “take ownership” of job functions
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to learn and serve in a fast paced environment
  • Perform all functions through company policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb ladder up to 8ft
  • Ability to work in multiple locations with varied staff
  • Ability to drive and pull Stealth Demolition tool trailer
  • Clean driving record
  • Have reliable transportation with proper registration and insurance

Job Preferences
